13. RETURNS/REFUND POLICY. ANY REFUNDS THAT HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED WILL RECEIVE MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY. We only accept returns if it is due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise, item missing.) **NOTE****Due to the risk of contamination, we do not accept returns on fragrance oils or any products used on/in the body. Please be sure to order carefully. ***Since we offer fragrances from several manufacturers in addition to our own formulations, the possibility of different fragrances bearing the same name is highly possible. Dislike of a fragrance will not be considered as a basis for refund or exchange. We recommend sampling a fragrance before ordering a large quantity. |

14. LOCAL PICK-UP ORDERS- For accurate bookkeeping, we now require all orders to be processed through our shopping cart. All listed policies apply, except shipping charges. There is a $2.00 order/administrative fee added to each order. You may pick-up your order during our normal business hours ONLY, 24-48 hours AFTER RECEIPT OF CLEARED PAYMENT. Please call in advance to ensure that your order is ready. |

Please note: We carefully package your items so to prevent any damage, however, our responsibility ends once delivered to Carrier. We strongly suggest that you insure all orders, since damage that occurs during shipping is not a valid reason for return. In the event of an error, Please follow these steps to have your return or credit authorized. b) The product must be returned in MINT CONDITION.
