Resin Incense

Gum resins are the original forms of incense. They are the resinous exudate from trees. Gum imparts a more powerful presence than any other form of incense and have been highly prized since ancient times. Frankincense & Myrrh are still used in churches all over the world. Gum resins are especially good for outdoor parties and the smoke keeps the mosquitoes away.

1. Our minimum order is $25, excluding shipping charges. Orders not meeting minimum $25 order total or minimum purchase per item will be cancelled without any further notification..

2. PAYMENT: Our new shopping cart feature will require payment at time of purchase via Paypal or Credit Card. Orders without payment will be cancelled after 24 Business hours.
3. WHEN TO EXPECT SHIPMENT: We make every effort to review orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends & holidays) and mail within 5-7 business days after receipt of "CLEARED" payment, however, Our web site sales are handled by one person and during extremely busy times and/or inclement weather, confirmations and orders may become back-logged. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. All items subject to prior sale.
4. WHEN TO EXPECT SHIPMENT (cont.): Once we have delivered your package to one of the following carriers (UPS, USPS or FEDEX), our responsibility ends. Each shipment is assigned a tracking and/or delivery confirmation number at time of shipment and an email should be forwarded to you by carrier. You must contact the appropriate carrier to track and/or report damaged or non-receipt of your order.
5. In order to maintain our low prices for our customers, ALL oils are shipped in plastic bottles (unless otherwise specified). Essentials should be transferred into glass or aluminum upon receipt..
6. SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGE:  Shipping is calculated from 19104.
7. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We welcome all orders, however, please be aware of international shipping rates and requirements prior to ordering. We only accept payment through Paypal.

8. CUSTOMER SERVICE: We now offer live customer support Monday through Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Our Customer Service number is 215-386-7189

In order to service you better WE WILL NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA EMAIL, as emails tend to get lost and/or mis-directed in addition to the fact that we are unable to view them on a regular basis. By using our live help method, problems are resolved immediately. When contacting us, please have your order or auction number available.
9. Any missing, damaged, and/or incorrect items MUST be reported to our customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. 
10. COMBINED SHIPPING:  If you are bidding on auctions in addition to placing a web site order, they can no longer be combined. They will be handled separately.
11. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT pre-bottle or pre-package or products, they are prepared specifically for each paid order.
12. BACK ORDERS Unexpected circumstances and/or Pre-Sales may effect product availability from time to time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Merchandise temporarily out of stock will not be back ordered.

13. RETURNS/REFUND POLICY. ANY REFUNDS THAT HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED WILL RECEIVE MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY. We only accept returns if it is due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise, item missing.) **NOTE****Due to the risk of contamination, we do not accept returns on fragrance oils or any products used on/in the body. Please be sure to order carefully.

 ***Since we offer fragrances from several manufacturers in addition to our own formulations, the possibility of different fragrances bearing the same name is highly possible. Dislike of a fragrance will not be considered as a basis for refund or exchange. We recommend sampling a fragrance before ordering a large quantity.
Custom made (displays, kits, etc) and/or Custom blended items cannot be returned.

14. LOCAL PICK-UP ORDERS- For accurate bookkeeping, we now require all orders to be processed through our shopping cart. All listed policies apply, except shipping charges. There is a $2.00 order/administrative fee added to each order.
TO PLACE A PICK-UP ORDER: (1) Place items in shopping cart. (2) You will still be required to make payment via paypal or provide a credit card number when you checkout. If you make a payment through PAYPAL, your shipping charges (MINUS $2.00) will be refunded to your Paypal account. If you have provided a credit card #, you will only be charged for the items placed in your shopping cart plus $2.00. You will not be charged for shipping.

You may pick-up your order during our normal business hours ONLY, 24-48 hours AFTER RECEIPT OF CLEARED PAYMENT. Please call in advance to ensure that your order is ready.
 

Please note: We carefully package your items so to prevent any damage, however, our responsibility ends once delivered to Carrier. We strongly suggest that you insure all orders, since damage that occurs during shipping is not a valid reason for return.

In the event of an error, Please follow these steps to have your return or credit authorized.

b) The product must be returned in MINT CONDITION. If broken, open and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund depending upon the condition of the item.
