The Fragrance Lab ES-Scentuals is a family owned business originally established in 1988 in San Antonio, Texas. Our eclectic little retail shop is nestled in the heart of University City, Philadelphia where we feature some of our most popular skin care products, our own hand-crafted jewelry, along with many exotic gifts, candles, teas, custom gift baskets and more. In our 3-building laboratory/warehouse, we have manufactured and distributed fine fragrance products and superior hand-made, 100% vegetable oil based soap and shea butter based skin and hair care to Retailers, Private Label Market and individuals Worldwide. The majority of them have become long-time repeat customers. Many of the herbs used in our formulations are grown in our garden.

To Place an Order
To keep your cost at a minimum, we require all wholesale orders to be placed via the internet or Mail (For Stock Products). To place a n internet order visit our web site www.ES-Scentuals.com or www.TheFragranceLab.net. We accept ALL major credit cards, PayPal and Money Orders (mail orders only). Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. OR Pick-up times can be arranged at our convenience and sent to you via email when your order is completed in our Lab.
Should you have any problems placing your order, Please contact our Laboratory laborders@TheFragranceLab.net. Our Retail store staff will only accept in-store by appointment.

TFLE Personalized Natural Skin Care Products Formulation Process (Consultation)
By schedulling an appointment with our Technician, you are taking the first step to having your very own, custom-made natural skin care or fragrance product (s). During the consultations, you will first be given a short questionnaire to complete. This is our way gathering information that will assist us in creating products to match your needs. The more information we have the better your products will work for you.
By completing in this questionnaire you are not committed in any way to make any purchase of any kind. A standard $50.00 consultation fee will apply should you decide to continue with services. You will receive a gift certificate, up to the amount of the consultation fee, to be applied toward any purchases.
Once we have reviewed your completed form, a technician will briefly interview you in order to obtain any clarifications and additional information so to provide you with the best possible formulation of your customized products.
The consultation will include product and ingredient sampling; patch testing in addition to packaging/label queries. Although we make every attempt to keep consultations brief, please be prepared to spend up to 1½ hour to complete. To avoid any distractions, we ask that you do not bring guests with you.
Should you wish to place your order on the day of consultation, you will be required to provide a minimum 50% deposit. Before leaving, you will be scheduled for your follow-up visit when you will do final testing and/or receive your finished product(s) and pay any balance due.
Turn-around 2-7 Business Days
*Turn Around time is calculated after receipt of sourced raw materials.
Our formulations will be preservative-free, unless otherwise requested, and therefore finished products will have a shelf life of 3-12 month. Other products may require refrigeration.
